Enterprise Risk Learning Specialist

As a seasoned professional in risk learning and development, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative training programs that empower teams and shape organisational culture.
Collaborating with senior leaders, you will work strategically to drive innovation in risk capability and embed a proactive risk culture across the organisation.
This is a key position where your influence, presence, and people skills are as important as your expertise in learning and development.
Key responsibilities include developing a forward-thinking risk learning strategy, designing and delivering engaging training programs, using data-driven insights to measure impact and refine learning solutions, partnering with stakeholders to identify capability gaps, and introducing innovative learning approaches to strengthen organisational culture.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in learning and development roles, preferably in financial services or risk environments, and proven experience in designing and delivering impactful learning programs.
A strong commercial awareness, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse audiences are essential for success in this role.
Additionally, you will need to be highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and possess a proactive and independent working style with a passion for continuous improvement.
