Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems throughout the hotel property.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, identifying and repairing faulty components promptly to minimize guest disruptions.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to assess and address HVAC needs in various areas such as guest rooms, restaurants, conference spaces, and common areas.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A full Refrigeration and Air Conditioning License.
  • Previous experience working in hotel / resort / hospitality settings is preferred.
  • Experience in operating a variety of equipment, including small hand tools.
  • A track record of efficiently managing projects, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum guest satisfaction.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
