Our contact centre leadership team is looking for a dynamic leader to drive business growth through training, coaching, and motivation.

This role is crucial in ensuring our members receive outstanding service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Foster a vibrant work culture that drives sales growth and exceptional service
- Unleash frontline staff through training, coaching, and motivating them to excel
- Provide real-time support and guidance to frontline staff
- Develop incentives to boost team motivation
- Hold regular one-on-one meetings and maintain detailed records.

**Ideal Candidate:**

- A relationship-building specialist who inspires respect and leads by example
- A creative problem-solver who prioritizes business goals while finding innovative solutions

**Requirements:**

- At least 1 year of sales experience with consistently high targets achieved
- Leadership experience: 1 year (required)
- Sales experience: 1 year (required)
