Genomic Sequencing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled specialist to provide technical support to our customers and work closely with our sales and support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide second-level technical support to the Applications Team and our customers.
  • Support the product management of the Genomic Sequencing portfolio (instrument & associated reagents).
  • Communicate with customers through various channels.
  • Work closely with Quality and Regulatory to ensure compliance with local and global standards.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment and develop skills and knowledge in a rapidly evolving field. You will be expected to build strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders, and provide subject matter expertise to support their needs.

Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a Scientific or Medical Field.
  • Previous experience working in a Genomic Sequencing laboratory.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to manage cross-functional activities and stakeholders.
