We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Director to oversee the operations of our Gold Coast restaurant.

About Us

About the Role

Our Restaurant Director will be responsible for forecasting sales, managing stock, driving their team, and building their business by delivering exceptional customer service and quality burritos. They will also be responsible for recruitment, team engagement, and driving culture while living and breathing the Mad Mex values.

About You

We're looking for a hands-on leader with a can-do attitude who can build a strong team through ongoing support and development in a safe and appreciated environment.
