As a Compliance-Focused HR Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data insights to drive employment practices across the organisation.

This is a hands-on and data-driven role responsible for the administration and optimisation of HR systems including timekeeping, payroll, and analytics initiatives.

  • Ensuring data integrity, user access, workflow optimisation and pay compliance through effective configurations.
  • Reviewing and resolving timesheet exceptions and discrepancies for weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay runs.
  • Ensuring compliance with award conditions and legislative requirements.
  • Providing technical support and training to key users on system functionalities.
  • Generating and analysing data reports.
  • Implementing and actioning compliance governance frameworks.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure HR compliance.
  • Collaborating with HR teams for compliance and data management requirements.
  • Accurately interpreting Awards, Code of Practice, Regulations, policies and contracts.
