
HR Compliance Professional

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to play a key role in delivering modern HR and IR compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with clients and contingent workers across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Act as a compliance guardian, ensuring that employment issues are escalated appropriately and not mishandled by the client/host.
- Monitor and manage day-to-day issues, including contract variations, grievances, conduct matters, leave, and return-to-work.
- Onboard and offboard workers through our digital platform, ensuring full lifecycle compliance.
- Configure digital assets and workflows to support business processes, such as approvals, notifications, and document management.
- Translate compliance and employment obligations into digital workflows and customer-facing interfaces.
- Provide training to clients and internal teams on using the platform for employment management.
- Collaborate with our legal, payroll, and migration teams to deliver seamless worker support.
- A tertiary qualification in human resources, law, industrial relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a human resources, employment advisory, or workforce compliance role.
- A strong understanding of employment obligations under Australian law.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, ideally in an outsourced or client-facing context.
- Comfort with HRIS or employment technology platforms – experience with workflow or system configuration is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
