Customer Service Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our high-performing team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will provide exceptional support, resolving system queries and issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with timely issue resolution.
  • Effectively manage CRM tickets, maintaining accurate records and meeting service delivery KPIs.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues using analytical problem-solving techniques.
  • Provide clear and concise information to clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Identify opportunities for escalation and re-direction of cases when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Information Technology or related field (advantageous).
  • Proven experience in a call centre, customer service, or service desk environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
  • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Server and Desktop Operating Systems.
  • Experience with commercial CRM or support systems (advantageous).
