Job Summary:
The Transportation Coordinator will oversee the movement of finished goods from production sites to customers and businesses across the country. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail to ensure timely deliveries and efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and track deliveries nationwide across long haul and air freight
• Communicate with external courier and freight service partners to resolve issues
• Manage inventory equipment within the Brisbane site and through the supply chain
• Provide support to the logistics team in maintaining safety guidelines

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Logistics outbound/supply chain experience
• 2+ years experience in logistics coordination or similar role
• Attention to detail and adaptability to changing operational requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Collaborative attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines
