  • Companionship – being a friendly face and preventing loneliness
  • Personal Care – all aspects of personal hygiene
  • Medication Management – collecting prescriptions and providing reminders
  • Meal Preparation – preparing nutritious meals
  • Housekeeping – keeping their home clean and comfortable
  • Assistance with Daily Activities – help with getting around

The successful candidate will ensure that care is delivered with dignity, compassion and respect for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and social interaction to clients

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming

• Manage medication and ensure clients take their prescribed medications

• Prepare and serve meals and snacks

• Maintain a clean and safe living environment

• Assist clients with daily activities such as shopping and errands

Requirements:

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending and standing

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client boundaries
