Senior Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Queens Park. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in providing high-quality educational programs for children, leading and mentoring a team of Educators, and contributing to the overall success of our Centre.

About the Role
  • Lead and mentor a team of Educators to provide high-quality educational programs for children
  • Develop and implement innovative and engaging educational programs that meet the needs of individual children
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Centre policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other Centre staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised qualifications)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Experience in a Senior Educator role or leadership position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
