In this capacity, you will be tasked with delivering legal insights and support across a variety of legal issues. This position necessitates a solid foundation in corporate law, contract negotiations, and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer legal counsel on corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).
  • Manage legal risks associated with IT consulting and service contracts.
  • Advise on matters related to Professional Indemnity and Public Liability.
  • Facilitate negotiations for diverse commercial contracts.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of corporate, contract, and intellectual property law.
  • Provide legal support for corporate transactions and initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor degree from a recognized law school.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal advisory role, preferably within the IT consulting or labour hire sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in IT service contracts and labour hire agreements.
  • Exceptional drafting skills for legal documents.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
