About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Sales Executive to join our team at Southern Cross Austereo (SCA). As a key member of our Digital Sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to Account Managers and Sales Managers to ensure high levels of satisfaction for both internal and external clients.
  • Work closely with the radio sales team to achieve and surpass individual and team digital revenue targets.
  • Offer multi-platform advertising solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Provide proactive ad-hoc administration and coordination support to cross-functional digital teams as needed.
  • Take a front-line sales approach in the local market, driving sales outcomes for clients on a month-to-month basis.
Requirements
  • Advanced computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to problem solve and navigate challenges with a positive mindset.
  • Experience in managing client databases, and research programs.
