We are seeking a highly skilled Tender Manager to lead the preparation and submission of high-quality tenders to secure new business opportunities and support the continued growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire tender process from initial inquiry to final submission, ensuring alignment with company values and strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and trust.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation, ensuring seamless communication and efficient project delivery.
- Ensure all tender documents are accurate, comprehensive, and submitted on time, meeting the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

- Monitor and report on tender progress and outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future improvement.
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Construction, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Current Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one, as required by the company.
