Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic retail professional to oversee a portfolio of high-performing retail stores across Melbourne. This role is suited to a seasoned multi-site manager with strong financial acumen, proven success in high-turnover businesses, and the ability to inspire senior store leaders.

The Role

  • Oversight of store operations, performance, and visual standards to drive profitable growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Mentorship, coaching, and driving of senior store managers while supporting exciting new store openings and expansions.

About You

  • 3–5+ years' experience in retail management within a high-turnover retail environment.
  • Background in fashion or department store retail strongly preferred.
  • Strong team performance management skills with proven success coaching senior managers and teams.

Requirements

  • A highly commercial mindset – using VM and data-driven decisions to impact sales and revenue growth.
  • Track record in driving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), especially conversion rates.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
