Job Summary:

The Maintenance Operations Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the delivery of maintenance services across our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of maintenance professionals to ensure effective and efficient delivery of planned, reactive, and preventative maintenance
  • Oversight contractors' performance, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and performance standards
  • Contribute to achieving organisational objectives by managing associated activities within set time, cost, and quality parameters

Key attributes and skills required for this role include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
  • Demonstrated experience in managing maintenance projects on time and to budget
  • Strong understanding of maintenance management principles, including planning, execution, and control
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team in the delivery of maintenance services
  • Highly organised with ability to work on multiple tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet demanding deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively to ensure client service delivery to clients with complex needs
  • Demonstrated capacity to be a change leader and drive improvements to existing processes
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills

This position will be based in our office with travel required.
