Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or trade qualification in electrical, mechanical, or engineering field.
  • Substantial experience working with and supervising a maintenance team in an industrial environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of enterprise agreements.
