As a Patient Care Technician at RSE Renal Treatment Centers - Southeast, LP, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. As a PCT, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, and educating patients on kidney dialysis-related topics.

What You'll Do
  • Provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to multiple patients per shift
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications as prescribed, and perform other duties as assigned by a licensed nurse
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and education on kidney health and dialysis procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in healthcare or patient care preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
  • Comfortable working in a clinical setting, exposed to blood and needles
