About Account Management:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences throughout the entire policy lifecycle.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced account manager to lead client meetings, discuss uninsured risks, handle enquiries, and assist in new business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and issue resolution
- Conduct client meetings to discuss policy renewals, claims, and risk management strategies
- Handle and direct client enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in developing new business opportunities through networking and marketing efforts
- Coordinate processing instructions for quotations, new business, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
- Prepare reports and documentation for clients and insurers
- Provide general broking and technical support to the Regional Manager, supporting overall team success
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service. As a candidate, you will have:
- A solid level of insurance industry experience and knowledge of local market trends
- A desire to continually improve skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Motivation to contribute directly to the achievement of KPIs impacting client retention, revenue, and client satisfaction
- Demonstrated experience as a team player, who is eager to take the initiative to ensure efficient running and growth of the portfolio
- Superb organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication abilities (verbal and written) so you can engage effectively at all levels
- Previous experience in broking and client-facing relationships
