Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced and skilled professionals to fill the role of Mobile Crushing Operator in our rapidly growing business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating mobile crushing circuits and related equipment on site in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate mobile crushing circuits and associated equipment to meet production targets while ensuring safety protocols are adhered to.
  • Assist with ROM management and general site works as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safe work practices on site, contributing to a positive and productive work culture.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A current Driver's License and relevant experience within mining, civil or quarry environments working with 3 stage mobile crushing circuits & associated equipment.
  • Ability to operate loaders, diggers (CAT & Komatsu preferred) and other heavy machinery, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to work safely, prioritise tasks effectively and manage time well, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and have or be able to obtain a National Police Check.
