As a Receptionist/Housekeeper, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for ensuring the property remains sparkling clean and providing excellent guest experiences.

Your duties include:

  • Welcoming guests and checking them in and out
  • Answering queries and offering helpful local information and knowledge
  • Refreshing communal spaces, bathrooms, and accommodation rooms
  • Monitoring and replenishing stock to maintain a high level of cleanliness

  • Experience in reception, housekeeping, or cleaning
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
