Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Bunbury. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live their best lives.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with disabilities in their daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Assist with recreational activities, such as swimming, dancing, and horseback riding, to promote socialization and enjoyment.
- Develop and implement person-centred plans to achieve individual goals and outcomes.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining records and reporting on customer progress.
- Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33015 or CHC33021) or be willing to work towards the qualification.
- Have a valid driver's licence and be willing to use your private vehicle for work purposes.
- Be available to work between 15-25 hours per week, including days, overnights, and weekend shifts.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
