This is an exciting opportunity to lead our marketing function end-to-end. The role is strategic with an element of hands-on: you'll set direction, create structure where it's needed, and ensure every channel delivers measurable results. You'll manage a small but growing team, provide leadership and clarity, and make a direct impact on our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and execute the marketing strategy across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Amazon, Email, Google Ads, influencer partnerships, retail, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Owning planning and delivery of both seasonal and always-on campaigns.
  • Building reporting frameworks and processes to track ROI and improve efficiency.
  • Managing and optimizing the marketing budget, ensuring spend aligns with growth outcomes.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing the marketing team.
  • Taking full ownership of the marketing funnel - from awareness to retention - ensuring activities are aligned at every stage.
  • Partnering with internal teams and agency partners to deliver results.
  • Regularly reviewing channel performance and optimizing to meet acquisition and retention targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a senior marketing role, ideally within e-commerce or retail.
  • A strong track record delivering growth across Meta, TikTok, Amazon, and Email.
  • Experience managing external stakeholders and agencies.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire small teams.
  • Comfortable building process and structure in fast-moving environments.
  • A commercial mindset with strong analytical skills, using data to drive decisions.
