Senior Technical Support Specialist

This position involves working closely with insurance clients on a live SaaS platform, handling support requests and analyzing root causes. It is suited for individuals with strong technical skills who enjoy problem-solving and systems thinking.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and resolve support issues across rules, workflows, calculations and documents
- Configure platform changes using internal tools and scripting
- Collaborate with consultants, product and customer stakeholders
- Review support requests to ensure they are the right solution before delivery
- Maintain stability and performance across a portfolio of active clients
- Provide support for release cycles and platform training when needed
- Experience in SaaS support, software implementation or application support
- Ability to configure business rules, workflows and calculations in a configurable platform
- Experience working with relational data (SQL knowledge is beneficial)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Confident in communicating with clients and internal product teams
- Insurance or policy/claims knowledge is highly desirable
This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS platforms, business operations, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
