Financial Crime Prevention Lead

Deloitte Forensic is a global team tackling complex financial crime problems. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our financial crime practice in Sydney.

The successful candidate will become a senior member of the team and deliver financial crime prevention services to top-tier clients across advisory, implementation, and operate-style engagements.

  • Executing on complex advisory matters with excellent stakeholder management, quality, and risk awareness
  • Scoping new projects, managing teams in project delivery, managing project timelines, and preparing stakeholder updates
  • Developing, coordinating, and leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • Supporting proposal development for new client projects
  • Cultivating relationships with client and Deloitte stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated domain experience (6+ years) in financial crime in industry or within another forensic or financial crime practice in a professional services firm.

Key qualifications include:

  • Work rights in Australia (Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen)
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A strong attention to detail
  • An ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences
