As a Senior Care Manager, you will partner with our Facility Manager to oversee operational and strategic management at one of our small residential facilities.

The successful incumbent will work in conjunction with the Residential Facility Manager to ensure the facility is operating in line with quality standards, employees are fulfilling their responsibilities, and creating a home for our Elders where they receive outstanding person-centred care & customer service.

Some of the Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Ensuring needs of all stakeholders are met, especially those of the Elders.
  • Ensure resident care and services is consistent with Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Lead the team in achieving and maintaining accreditation standards and requirements.
  • Mentor, supervise and educate staff ensuring quality services are delivered to residents.

For this position, we require a Registered Nurse Division 1 with current practicing certificate with the AHPRA and formal qualifications in management or a health related discipline, or business experience.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance practices and systems.
