The successful candidate will lead special projects or services within Corrective Services NSW, utilizing their senior managerial experience and knowledge to drive results.
- Demonstrate expertise in managing diverse environments and teams, with a focus on developing a positive workplace culture.
- Utilize strong leadership skills to direct high-performing teams and achieve key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold a valid driver's licence and be willing to drive throughout NSW.
- Be available for on-call duty at set times to respond to emergencies.
- Maintain compliance with National Heavy Vehicle Law and Regulations, as well as Chain of Responsibility Policy and Procedures (CESU roles only).
