Clinical Development Leader

This is a Clinical Procedure and Strategic Development Specialist opportunity at The Salvation Army in Australia.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our programs and services to meet the evolving needs of our resident groups.

  1. Develop clinical policies that guide program and service development to address the needs of our residents.
  2. Engage with stakeholders to identify emerging issues and develop solutions that support sound policy decisions.
  3. Deliver on multifaceted policy projects within agreed-upon deadlines and quality standards.
  4. Prepare high-quality written advice and reports.
  5. Implement an effective consumer co-design strategy that meets legislative standards and expectations.
  6. Manage change effectively when dealing with stakeholders.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Healthcare Administration, Public Health).
  • Proven experience in policy development and implementation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Knowledge of legislative standards and expectations related to consumer co-design.
