Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to lead the daily operations of our coal testing laboratory.

About the Role:

  1. Monitor and manage compliance with regulations.
  2. Report hazards, inspections, and safe act observations.
  3. Investigate incidents related to the laboratory and implement corrective actions.
  4. Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Promote a work environment free from discrimination and inclusion.
  6. Manage employee leave and document control.
  7. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, contractors, customers, suppliers, government agencies, neighbors, and the community.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant competencies in light vehicle and laboratory equipment S1,2&3 G2.
  • Previous experience operating onsite laboratories.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic spreadsheet skills.
  • Knowledge of writing and mathematical/analytical principles.
  • Proficient in all aspects of laboratory operations.
