Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Engineering and Design team as a Surveyor.

This key member will provide expert guidance and ensure high-quality outcomes for land & strata development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee land & strata surveying projects from inception to completion.
  2. Manage a survey team, calculations and deliverables.
  3. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, legislation and standards.
  4. Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate & reliable survey outputs & Title advice.
  5. Provide expert advice and support to clients and stakeholders.
  6. Mentor and support junior surveyors and team members.
  7. Travel within NSW.
Qualifications:
  1. Registered Land Surveyor (NSW) (BOSSI) with relevant qualifications and 5+ years post registration experience.
  2. Proven experience in large scale land & strata development projects. (100+ lots)
  3. Experience with LRS NSW Digital Plans.
  4. Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
