Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, managing store operations, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Store Manager on daily store operations.
  • BUILD A POSITIVE AND WELCOMING CULTURE IN THE STORE.
  • Ensure consistent food quality and customer experience.
  • Drive and motivate the team to perform at their best.
  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving KPIs and store profitability.
  • Provide staff training and coaching for ongoing improvement and efficiency.
  • Manage team rostering and financial targets within the business.
  • Maintain food safety standards and store cleanliness.
  • Prioritize customer and staff safety.
  • Manage stock levels to ensure product availability.
  • Uphold the brand's culture and vibe in-store.

Requirements

  • Completed Food Safety Supervisor course.
  • Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Passion for good food and customer journey.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent people management skills and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Friendly, approachable personality and strong leadership instincts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude and Microsoft Office proficiency.
