Warehouse Operator Job Description

Fuse Recruitment is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operator to join our team in a busy production environment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to meet production demands.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers with precision and care to prevent damage and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in inventory management by accurately counting, sorting, and organizing products to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Execute order picking and packing duties in accordance with company standards to meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a warehouse operator or similar role with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Valid forklift license with demonstrated proficiency in forklift operation and a commitment to safety protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to provide exceptional customer service.
