Job Role

We are seeking a Parts Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing efficient and accurate parts advice, dispatch and administrative services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain and inventory processes, knowledge of heavy machinery and components, and strong communication skills.

You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raising sales and purchase orders
  • Maintaining component repairs status
  • Quoting of components
  • Calculation of customer invoices & credits
  • Data entry
  • Following established processes
  • Maintaining relationships with customers
  • Providing parts advice & support
  • Forward planning of parts & components
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in supply chain and inventory processes
  • Knowledge of heavy machinery and components
  • Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Highly customer-focused
  • Strong computer skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in time planning / organisational skills
  • Experience in invoicing & credits
