We are seeking a skilled coordinator to manage parts exchange activities.
This role will involve providing efficient and accurate parts advice, dispatch, and administrative services to internal teams and external customers.

Duties and Responsibilities- Raising sales and purchase orders in accordance with organizational procedures.
- Maintaining component repair status using Liebherr systems.
- Quoting components and calculating customer invoices and credits based on company programs.
- Data entry and maintenance of accurate records.
- Following established processes and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.
- Experience and knowledge of supply chain and inventory management processes.
