Job Title: Warehouse Archive Specialist

Role Overview:

Our organization is seeking a reliable and skilled High Reach Forklift Operator to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This role involves operating a high reach forklift to move archive boxes of documents within the warehouse, assisting in order fulfillment, and maintaining an organized and safe working area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a high reach forklift to transport archive boxes within the warehouse.
  • Retrieve and store records efficiently using high reach racking systems.
  • Assist in order fulfillment by picking and transporting specified boxes.
  • Maintain accurate handling and relocation of stored records and ensure warehouse organization.
  • Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures; conduct pre-operational checks to ensure forklift safety and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Valid high reach forklift license (LF).
  • Previous experience operating a high reach forklift in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate handling and retrieval of records.
  • Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently.
  • Experience in warehouse or logistics operations is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual handling related to forklift operation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with high racking.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Valid high reach forklift license (LF)
  • Previous experience operating a high reach forklift in a warehouse environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Working Conditions:

Warehouse environment with high racking and heavy equipment. Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 25 kg.
