Cloud Solutions Developer Position

Deloitte Digital Managed Services is seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Developer to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in cloud-based development and configuration, excellent communication skills, and a self-motivated attitude.

About the Role

This position is crucial to the successful delivery of operations and development services across multiple cloud clients. Daily tasks will involve incident triage and resolution, root cause analysis, review of logs, definition of solution changes, and software development of changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineers and Service Delivery Managers to ensure support services are provided to clients at agreed contracted service levels.
  • Evaluate, respond to, and resolve technical issues in clients' cloud solutions.
  • Work closely with project development teams and participate in impact analysis of any change or planned releases.
  • Continually develop and maintain skills and knowledge regarding existing and new cloud features.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Software Engineering or Computer Science tertiary qualifications.
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud-based development and configuration.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated problem-crushing attitude.
  • ITIL experience.
