Job Title: Assistant Manager Role

  • A passion for delivering exceptional service, leading by example, and ensuring the team provides 5-star service is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Work closely with the store manager to bring exciting ideas to life and make your store successful through creative planning.
  2. Support the store manager in building a team of customer-focused individuals who are enthusiastic about enhancing the overall shopping experience.
  3. Nurture a customer-centric team by participating in training sessions, providing constructive feedback, and observing the store manager's leadership.
  4. Engage in out-of-the-box thinking to achieve success while innovating and collaborating with your team.
  5. Maintain a beautiful store with effective merchandising, high standards of cleanliness, and strong stock management that enhance the customer experience.
  6. Develop relationships within the local community to enhance the customer experience.
  7. Contribute to managing the store's finances by assisting in setting annual budgets and driving sales.
  8. Create and facilitate a shopping experience that encourages the team to consistently brighten customers' days.
