Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-driven Project Coordinator to support project delivery across a range of commercial and hospitality projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, scope reviews, and tender packages
  • Administer contracts and track variations, EOTs, and progress claims
  • Support Project Managers with program tracking and cost control
  • Ensure compliance, documentation, and reporting are always on point
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience as a CA in commercial construction or fit-out
  • Proficient using Procore
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Sound understanding of construction contracts
  • Degree qualified in Construction Management or similar
