We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Lead to join our Digital and Digital Products team at RACV. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering complex strategic design initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a talented team of product designers to deliver high-quality digital products that meet business objectives.
- Develop and implement best practices in product design to drive business value and customer experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on digital product design priorities and execution.
- Deliver multiple projects on time and within budget, ensuring a human-centric experience with uplift to business benefits.
- Represent the design team in discussions with stakeholders, ensuring design considerations are integrated into decision-making processes.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in design, psychology, social science, entrepreneurship, or business.
- 8+ years of experience in digital product design, with at least 3+ years in leadership.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing and delivering successful digital products across various platforms and digitizing analog products.
- Proven experience in mentoring and developing design teams, with a track record of building a high-performance design practice.
- Experience working in agile or lean environments.
- Understanding and application of HCD, best practice customer experience, usability, and accessibility standards.
