The Opportunity An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Automotive Store Manager to take the lead at our well-established Salisbury location. Being accountable for managing the day-to-day operational requirements of the store, in this full-time leadership position you will also be responsible for the alignment of work to team members to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the workshop in line with our company practices and standards. We are keen to speak with individuals who have experience in and are passionate about leading and motivating a small team and who have a proven ability to develop business relationships and drive sales, alongside delivering a fantastic customer service. Key Responsibilities - Actively develop and build relationships with retail and automotive trade customers. - Ensure the commercial financial viability by achieving agreed budgets, sales, and margin targets to maximise store profitability. - Lead, motivate and support your team; monitor team performance, coach and train as required, lead store recruitment activities. - Assist in the workshop and be "hands-on" when required. - Promote and sell Pedders products and services. - Maintain Pedders store standards, including compliance to OH&S and other company policies.
