Geochemistry Laboratory Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Geochemistry Laboratory Supervisor to lead our laboratory operations in Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring quality and accuracy of results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage priorities and monitor progress to ensure timeliness and quality of results.
  • Ensure adequate organizational structure is in place.
  • Provide regular management and quality reports.
  • Maintain Quality Management System and Laboratory Manuals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Professional qualifications in chemistry or related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in geochemistry laboratory work and chemical knowledge.
  • Basic understanding of computer applications.
  • Experience in supervising staff.
  • Demonstrated experience in administration.
