Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our maintenance team, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in heavy industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a fixed plant maintenance crew, allocating labour and equipment as needed.
  • Support recovery plans, provide training and guidance, and contribute to maintenance planning strategies and improvement.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating tasks in heavy industrial environments.
  • Relevant trade qualification and experience in fixed plant equipment maintenance activities.
  • Excellent written and oral English language proficiency.

About Us

This is a permanent position on a dayshift roster at our Bauxite Mine, reporting to the Supervisor Maintenance. You will work in a stunning region with short drives to coastlines, scenic trails, jarrah forests, and the food and wine heartland.
