Compassionate Caregiver Opportunity

Right at Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to join our team. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in aged care and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for conducting clinical supervisions, performing comprehensive documentation & assessments, wound management, and catheter care. You will work independently with support from experienced senior clinicians and collaborate with health professionals to achieve client outcomes.

  • Implementing and monitoring care plans to enable clients to live well at home
  • Developing therapeutic relationships with clients and their families
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal client outcomes

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must possess:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in aged care
  • AHPRA Registration
  • Australian National Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Queensland Driver License
  • Moderate level of computer literacy
