About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join our established General Surgical & Paediatric unit as an Enrolled Nurse.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient needs, and administering medications according to state law and organization policy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care to individuals/groups under the direction and supervision (either indirect or direct) of the RN
  • Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
  • Administer medications according to state law and organization policy
  • Act as a role model for Safe Practice

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year acute hospital experience as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Current Registration with AHPRA
  • Commitment to Quality Patient Care
  • Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
