Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Relationship Specialist to build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management or business development within the industrial & trade space, as well as mechanical aptitude and familiarity with products related to workshops, refuelling equipment, or consumables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding existing relationships with key distributors.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including new product launches and targeted campaigns to enhance brand presence.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows and industry events to maximize revenue opportunities across all accounts.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, engaging, and professional with high standards. They will also possess exceptional stakeholder management skills to influence and drive profitable, sustainable outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Proven success in comparable roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industrial & trade space and ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with products related to workshops, refuelling equipment, or consumables.
  • Ability to travel interstate, roughly once every 6 weeks overnight.
  • Professional maturity, commercial acumen, entrepreneurial flair, and team orientation.
