Candidate Profile: As a Senior Commercial Banker, you will be responsible for developing and sustaining credible, long-term relationships with the community, industry, and referral partners, while promoting positive customer experiences and outcomes. You will exhibit high levels of professionalism and credibility within the Commercial Banking sector. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and solutions-focused individual, confident in identifying opportunities within a diverse banking landscape. Preferred qualifications include:
• Experience in a comparable Commercial Lending or Relationship Management capacity.
• Background in cash flow lending, credit analysis, and deal structuring for substantial business clients.
• Proven ability to establish rapport, with solid experience in Business Development and achieving growth targets.
• Proficiency in effective networking and maintaining strong professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities: In this capacity, you will manage a key portfolio of medium to large Commercial Banking clients, collaborating closely with various stakeholders both internally and externally to deliver exceptional customer experiences and outcomes. As a senior member of the team, you will also serve as a coach and mentor to other team members.
