Job Title: Ambitious Racing Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Cadet Steward. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the racing industry and wants to gain valuable experience in all aspects of the Integrity and Racing system.

About the Role

The Cadet Steward will assist in ensuring race meetings are conducted in accordance with the Rules of Racing and relevant policies and guidelines. This includes working flexible hours, including days, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, as per the race meeting schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all race meetings are conducted fairly and transparently.
  • Assist in investigating any irregularities or issues that may arise during a race meeting.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • A strong appreciation of the importance of rules and regulations.
  • A Victorian driver's licence.
  • A strong interest in the racing industry.
  • Sound MS Office skills and the ability to prepare standard reports.
