As a Pharmacy Assistant with Scaffidi Group, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in our Priceline Pharmacy Alice Springs store. Under the direct supervision of our Retail Manager, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding customer expectations, working behind the register, filling and facing shelves, ticketing and merchandising, and providing warm and welcoming interactions with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service skills and previous pharmacy or retail experience to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Product Knowledge: Develop strong product knowledge of cosmetics and fragrances to confidently recommend and sell products to customers.
- Merchandising and Display: Ensure shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Cash Handling and Register Skills: Accurately handle cash transactions and operate the register with efficiency and accuracy.
- Communication and Teamwork: Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Previous Pharmacy or Retail Experience: Possess previous experience in a pharmacy or retail environment to understand the industry and customer needs.
- Strong Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of cosmetics and fragrances to confidently recommend and sell products.
