About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Scaffidi Group. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our Retail Manager in maintaining a welcoming and efficient store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers
  • Work behind the register, filling and facing shelves, ticketing and merchandising, and wishing customers warm regards
  • Develop strong product knowledge of cosmetics and fragrance and confidently recommend and sell products to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Perform cash handling and register duties accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and management
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and previous Pharmacy or Retail experience
  • Strong product knowledge of cosmetics and fragrance
  • Confidence in recommending and selling products
  • Genuine interest in cosmetics and skincare
  • Professional presentation and image
  • Cash handling and register skills
  • Strong communication skills between all stakeholders
  • Dedicated work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the business
  • Eye for detail and accuracy
  • Flexible availability through weekdays and weekends
