About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Priceline Pharmacy Alice Springs.

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, working behind the register, filling and facing shelves, ticketing and merchandising, and ensuring a warm and welcoming shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and recommend products to customers
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a retail or pharmacy environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to recommend products to customers
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
